With the continuous development of science and technology, transportation is more convenient, which provides great convenience for long-distance touring. More and more people choose to travel abroad, but if they go to a place without enough preparation, how to provide them with a better experience and make them a part of the scenery in the meantime? This project mainly creates a service brand - Jornee, which aims to provide tourists with guidance, improve their experience and make the tourists become a kind of digital scene. In this service experience design, the Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland will be taken as the main case. This project did a lot of local background research, user research, and combined with the current tourism experience of some scenic spots in the UK, moreover, under the guidance of service design tools, the final work is a service design combining an Immersive Scene Experience and an App: when the users arrive or are in the space of the installation, they can interact with the screen and obtain relevant information. When the users leave the installation center, the app can obtain corresponding information to ensure they have a complete travel guide experience.
